1 General Introduction & Acceptance

vt88.com (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "vt88") is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides services to players in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms and conditions stated below.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when creating an account. It is your responsibility to notify vt88 immediately if any of the provided information changes. Providing incomplete or incorrect information may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method also falls under this policy.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at vt88 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits are:

• Upay — Mobile payment service

Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. This timeframe may vary if a verification process is ongoing at the time of withdrawal.

The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal. vt88 reserves the right to place any withdrawal request on hold for additional verification.

4.3 Financial Responsibility

Any banking or mobile banking charges applicable during payment processing are borne by the user. vt88 is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vt88 offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not including the deposit.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled. Bonus terms may apply differently to specific games — please read the details of each offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any attempt is made to gain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts, using third-party payment methods, or through any form of manipulation, vt88 reserves the right to close that account and cancel all associated bonuses and winnings.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play & Prohibition of Cheating

vt88 operates as a safe and fair play platform. We use SSL encryption and certified random number generators (RNG) to keep the outcome of every game impartial. Any form of cheating, hacking, use of bots, or exploiting technical errors is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

Betting limits are set separately for different games and markets. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. The platform reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, the outcome of that round will be determined based on vt88's server logs. Server logs will be treated as the final and authoritative record.

6.4 Sports Betting

Markets and odds offered in sports betting are subject to change. If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned. In live betting, odds may change due to internet latency — vt88 is not responsible for such differences.

7 VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits

vt88's VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze Tier — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver Tier — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold Tier — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. The benefits and terms of each tier are published separately on the platform. VIP benefits are not convertible to cash until the applicable wagering requirements are met.

8 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability
